I’m a collaborative consultant passionate about education with many years of learning and digital expertise. I believe in working with clients to demystify the world of learning and create empowering solutions to help them move their organisations forward. I prefer to partner with my clients to develop best-fit solutions that meet each client’s unique learner, operational and strategic context.

About
Hi there, I’m Storm and EdStrat Learning Solutions is my consulting business.
I make use of my specialised expertise to help clients analyse, strategise and deliver learning solutions that work for them. I’m industry and organisation agnostic. This means that I use my learning knowledge and you use your subject specific knowledge to create learning solutions that succeed in your context.
I have over a decade’s worth of experience in digital learning consulting and higher education, and I can help you turn your ideas into a reality. Whilst completing my PhD in Media Studies I also lectured, designed courses, published and presented research. I have worked with a few different learning design agencies in the past, but my preferred way of work is collaborating directly with clients to effect sustainable and empowering solutions for their unique contexts. I’m interested in organisational learning and leadership development and work to create learning solutions that help my clients achieve this goal.
Previous clients include top-ranked global universities, management consulting firms, finance, healthcare, FMCGs, NGOs and organisations created to meet the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
